Due to our first supercharger kit application on the Corrado G60 platform, our supercharger kits have a reputation for being very loud. This is completely inaccurate.
BBM Twin Screw Supercharger kits are fairly quiet. You will need to perk an ear and be listening for it to even hear it. The sound is not annoying or does and it sound like a siren or a fire truck.
The standard G60 BBM Screw Compressor kit Lysholm, is configured with the throttle body after the discharge side of the compressor. This configuration makes it about 70% louder than all of our other Supercharger kit applications. This G60 Twin Screw Supercharger kit is a race application and it is fairly loud.
Some people absolutely love it, others do not.
