ACT Stage 1 Clutch Kit - 228mm

Description:
ACT is synonymous for high quality clutch kits in the Sport Compact market. Utilizing a Sachs power clutch disc with the ACT Heavy Duty pressure plate, this kit is perfect for those with all the bolt on's, mild boost, and/or nitrous, while still retaining a stock feel to the pedal, making it perfect for those daily driven cars. Clamping force is increased by 30%. Utilizing their CAD system for design, manufacture process, and testing ensure you that this clutch will perform exactly as it should.

4cyl kit shown in picture at left. 6cyl kit shown below.

All kits come with all hardware for installation including:
-Clutch Alignment tool
-Throwout Bearing

COMMENTS:
MKIV & New Beetle Applications: Due to the dual mass flywheel being unservicable and no aftermarket bolt-on clutch options for the dual mass flywheel being available, a 228mm flywheel must be purchased so the clutch will bolt straight on. Will not work with 6spd setups. VR6 kit shown below.
