BBM Crank Pulley 16v / 20v

Description:
Brand NEW OEM ABA crank pulley, serpentine style, modified by BBM. This crank pulley allows you to run a serpentine belt drive system on a 16V / 20V motor or for use with ABA 2.0L 16V head conversion. Yields the correct belt offset on an 8V engine running a thicker 16V/20V timing belt with 16V or 20V head. This pulley is also perfect for 1.8T swaps into MkII and MkIII chassis using the MkIII ABA 2.0L accessories bracket, water pump and alternator. This part is precision machined with an installed CNC billet insert to keep the pulley true and concentric.

COMMENTS:
Note: This pulley is precision machined and modified on our CNC milling center. Each pulley is dialed in perfectly with a dial indicator. We then face off the required amount. The pulley is then bored to accept our precision CNC machined hub-centric insert. To maintain absolute quality, this modification is only done by our in-house skilled machinists.
