BBM 16V stainless steel turbo manifold with precision matched and ceramic coated BBM down pipe. Ready to bolt on. Designed for use with the Garrett T3/T4 turbo or a GT-25 turbo, and Tial 38mm waste gate. Specifically made to fit ABA 2.0L tall blocks or the shorter 16V blocks in the Mk2 / Mk3 chassis. The manifold is of the log design 100% stainless steel, CNC machined, tig welded and back gas purged to insure solid reliable welds. For maximum reliability and flow, the down pipe is crafted from 2-1/2 inch mandrel bent tubes and a stainless steel flex bellow. The flanges are precision CNC machined and tig welded. Black ceramic coated for optimum heat management and longevity. Designed to bolt directly up to the factory exhaust system or upgrade to a performance / race exhaust.
Note: This package jig matches the manifold and down pipe together for use with the Garrett T3/T4 turbo, or a GT-25 turbo and Tial 38mm waste gate sold separate. Fasteners and gaskets not included.
