BBM G60 Supercharger Rebuild Service: Here at Bahn Brenner Motorsport we take pride in rebuilding your supercharger. Attention is paid to every detail from Apex grooves to the seal wear on the main shaft. We check every part of the supercharger for any damage or possible issues. Our Rebuild process starts with arrival of your Supercharger. Once the supercharger arrives to our shop we start by doing a free inspection. Once our inspection is done we will give you a call and see what you would like out of our rebuild. Options include port and polish, powder coating, billet displacer, and/or upgraded hybrid ceramic bearings (where applicable). after we have talked about what you would like to do we proceed with a complete tear down of the charger, then it's off to the solvent tank for cleaning. After that we will begin the sandblasting process. Once this process is done the charger will either go to powder coating or rinsed and start the reassembly process.

If you are planning on making the jump to one of our smaller than stock pullies then we do recommend going with the Stage 3 chip tune. If you are looking at just sprucing up the engine bay then our billet 78mm pulley will give you the added looks with the same as stock performance some are looking for on their vintage supercharged cars.
